Gâteau au chocolat sans beurre et sans sucre

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Melt 200g dark chocolate (70% cocoa minimum) in a bain-marie or microwave. In a bowl, mix 4 eggs and 100g unsweetened applesauce. Add the melted chocolate and mix well. Add 50g wheat flour and 1/2 sachet baking powder and mix until you have a smooth batter. Pour the batter into a 20 cm diameter cake tin. Bake for 25 minutes.
