Dahl de lentilles corail

Sauté 1 oignon in olive oil until softened. Add 1 cuillère à café gingembre en poudre, 1 cuillère à café cumin en poudre, 1 cuillère à café curcuma en poudre, 2 clous girofle, 250 g lentilles corail and 1 boîte tomates concassées. Cover with water (about twice the volume of the lentils). Simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in 40 cl lait de coco at the end of cooking. Season with sel and poivre.
