Japanese milk bread starter that creates soft, fluffy bread

Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 60 g [[Whole milk]]
  • 27 g [[Water]]
  • 20 g [[Bread flour]]

Steps

  • Whisk all the ingredients together in a small saucepan
  • Once combined, place over medium heat, and constantly whisk until the mixture thickens into a paste
  • Remove to a small bowl and set aside
