Japanese milk bread starter that creates soft, fluffy bread
Total Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 60 g [[Whole milk]]
- 27 g [[Water]]
- 20 g [[Bread flour]]
Steps
- Whisk all the ingredients together in a small saucepan
- Once combined, place over medium heat, and constantly whisk until the mixture thickens into a paste
- Remove to a small bowl and set aside
