A flavorful sausage made with pork and infused with curry powder and parsley.

Ingredients

• 1000 g [[pork shoulder]]
• [[pork belly]]
• 12 [[salt]]
• 15 [[curry powder]]
• 4 [[dried parsley]]
• [[pork casing]]

Steps

• Grind meat on highest setting and mix with salt and spices.
• Encase in pork casings.
• Let sit 24-48h in fridge before serving to allow spices to truly flavour the meat.
