  • 2 g [[pepper]]
  • 0.5 g [[hot chili pepper flakes]]
  • 1 [[pork casing]]

Steps

  • Grind meats on highest setting.
  • Mix with salt and spices.
  • Encase in pork casings.
  • Tastes better after 24-48 hours in the fridge to allow spices to meld into the meat.
